Standard Plan

This full-service plan has a lease fee of the first month’s rent and a low 10% management fee. Discounts are available for multi-units.

Lease Only Fees

When all you want is a qualified tenant without the hassle, our Lease Only plan is the solution. We will advertise, show your property, and thoroughly screen applicants to fill your rental property with a quality tenant. The lease fee is the first month’s rent.

Our Guarantees

To minimize your risks and give you peace of mind, we offer the following guarantees:

Guarantee "60"

With our Guarantee 60, if you are not satisfied with our performance of management duties as set forth in the agreement, contact us in writing within the first 60 days of the initial term. We will make it right, to the extent we deem necessary, to remedy the issue, or we will terminate the agreement.

Tenant Replacement Guarantee

We don’t want you to experience the stress of having a tenant walk away—leaving you with an empty property, no rent to pay the mortgage, and the expense of finding a new tenant.

So if we lease to a tenant, manage that property, and the tenant vacates your property in less than six months, we will find you a new qualified tenant for free. That’s right! No marketing and lease fee!
